Eliane Polack and her team at the Theatre Royal Nelson had a nasty looking metal box, right beside the building.

They approached MSS, keen for a transformation that reflected the performing arts.

We knew Karolina Serrano would be able to create the perfect design, especially because of her experience as a performer in her native Columbia, and because she recently painted a Chorus box on Waimea Road.

Karolina has included music notes, opera glasses, a bouquet, red curtains, and of course, those iconic comedy/tragedy masks.
